Sarah Larson Osteopathy

Osteopathy

Regarding the entire body as one dynamic unit of functioning where all parts need to work together in harmony for the body to self-heal and self-regulate, Osteopathy approaches treatment with movement in mind. We help to gently guide the parts that don’t move well and encourage stability in the parts that move too well.

Sarah graduated from of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2021 and prior completed a degree in Kinesiology, where she focused on rehabilitative research for athletes and people who have suffered concussions. Since graduating both programs, she has worked with various populations on a wide variety of complaints ranging from issues with fertility to chronic pain, injuries old and new, migraines, digestive issues and more.

It was through dance and being injured herself as a dancer that Sarah saw a need for someone who understands the artistic athlete’s body in a rehabilitative environment. Along her journey from that discovery, she discovered a deep passion for helping people and hasn’t stopped growing that curiosity since.
